We are looking for a Continuous Improvement Executive to be a part of our team in the Customer Experience Excellence Department.
Qualifications
- BS degree in Engineering or Business Administration fields and related fields
- Minimum 5 years experience in project management, process improvement and Customer Experience
- Experience in Continuous Improvement, Lean Management or Six Sigma projects
- Experience developing instructional and procedural documentation and presentations
- Strong skills in analytical, solution-oriented, relationship management and collaboration skills, have high energy, business/result-oriented and strong communication skills, teamwork skills
- Experience facilitating training, workshops and focus groups
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Good command of MS Office applications
- No travel restrictions
Job Description
- Develop, implement & ensure CI activities in Head office and Stores
- Ensure a successful CI Transformation Deployment by strong support of Program Management in all areas
- Train and coach employees on CI transformational processes and develop shop floor (store lean experts) capable of driving Lean/CI in their stores as well as help them to gain a lean/CI perspective
- Engage the organization to adapt or maintain a lean continuous improvement culture
- Develop continuous improvement plans addressing critical store needs
- Identify opportunities for improvement with value stream maps
- Constantly reviews processes to eliminate waste in the business process areas
**Head Office Working Model is Hybrid in Metro, we' re working remotely on Mondays and Fridays. You can work from anywhere on these days!
