GENEL NİTELİKLER

QUALIFICATIONS


  • University degree preferably in Management Engineering, Industrial Engineering, MIS or Business Administration, Economics etc.
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience ( i.e. Category Management, CRM, Revenue Management and Pricing, Analytical Marketing, Controlling)
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
  • Good command of MS Office applications, advanced level of Excel
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • A commercial mindset with strong business acumen
  • Detail-oriented and systematic
  • Self-disciplined with ability to work independently and under stress
  • Target and result oriented
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks
  • Excellent communication and team working skills

JOB DESCRIPTION


  • Responsible from the overall Revenue Management and Pricing strategy
  • Tracking and analyzing profitability by category or segment and product groups to identify opportunities to improve profitable revenue growth
  • Analyze and track the current pricing steps to ensure the company competes within the relevant marketplace versus the relevant competitors
  • Conduct regular competitor price checks using a qualified method either via agreed internal sources or via an external company, ensure that the data is accurate and interpreted in the right way
  • Explore any regional differences per store and city
  • Make recommendations based on analysis for price positioning by category for Food, Non-Food and Own Brands
  • Being a part of performance analysis and presentations to the management
  • Understanding and following general market trends and industry action which may impact company’s pricing strategy
  • Coordinate market research on pricing
  • Implement pricing logic into the system and control the processes
  • Defining/adjusting system pricing inputs
  • Preparing pricing reviews in a timely manner
  • Analyzing of promo prices and regular prices on the market
