- University degree in engineering
- At least 2 years experience in Contract and Claim management
- Experience in preparation and execution of contracts for large scale EPC projects
- Experience in FIDIC type of contracts is a must
- High level of Computer Literacy. Fluency in English language is a must.
- Strong drafting, negotiation and writing skills both in Turkish and English,
- Ability to manage multiple tasks at once,
- Self-motivated and solution provider,
- No restriction to travel,
Responsibilities - Reviewing, negotiating and preparation of comments for contracts and any other contractual documents with Employers, Partners and main equipment suppliers in coordination with other departments,
- Assisting to preparation and execution of all type of contracts with selected vendors and subcontractors by maintaining coordination with other departments such as procurement, logistics, finance, engineering and etc,
- Assumes documentation and reporting tasks in relation with contract studies,
- Ensures that the management and project teams are all aware of the essential provisions of the company’s contracts, publishes periodic follow-up tables,
- Assisting to Project Management for administration of prime contract, preparation of contractual correspondences and claim files to Employer, Subcontractors or Vendors when necessary,
- Assisting to change management process of main contract scope,
- Provision of necessary studies and documentation for successful commercial management of projects,
- Advising what immediate contractual actions are required on the start of the contract,
- Identifying potential claim events and preparing strategies for dealing with them. Advising or actioning the claims, including collection of all necessary evidence and records,
- Participation in risk assessment & management processes.
