QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for an Istanbul based Hazelnut Company Controlling Manager who will be reporting to the CFO. The responsibilities and the qualifications are mentioned below:
Main Responsibilities:
• Lead and follow the performance of the company in order to achieve company financial targets
• Control and monitor procurement delivery to ensure hazelnut volume and price target is met
• Lead controls, monitor and report to ensure production cost performance
• Lead the budget and rolling forecast with all functions/department owners and submit it to Ferrero HQ
• Support management decision-making through business case analysis on Capital Expenditures (i.e. CAPEX) and/or long-term contracts
• Contribute to the elaboration of tools and methods supporting the B2B pricing and margin management
• Lead transformational projects
• Drive the implementation of an internal control system supporting the function processes and the mitigation of business risks
Who we are looking for:
• Bachelor’s Degree
• +10 years of experience in Finance department, preferably 2-3 years in the industrial roles
• Advanced knowledge of English
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Application, especially Excel
• Excellent knowledge of SAP, including Production & PP-PI Modules
• Excellent communication skills, able to work in a multicultural environment
• Solid ability of analytical thinking and being a team player
• Ability to drive change with excellent negotiation skills
