Actively operating in the Turkish information technology market for 20 years with high-performance gaming computers and accessories, and aiming to become a global technology brand; We are looking for “CORPORATE COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER” for our Marketing Department to get even stronger.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Having a bachelor degree from fields of press, public relations or communication departments of reputable Universities.
  • Having at least five years of experience in a similar job.
  • Getting to know the world of gaming and technology
  • Having the ability and willingness to represent the Company with knowledge and experience.
  • Knowledge of English at a level to be able to communicate effectively in professional and technical written and verbal
  • Being ready and willing to follow trainings and events that will increase their knowledge and experience.


JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Planning, executing and evaluating the success of corporate event studies
  • Managing the internal communication activities within the company, to carry out activities that will increase employee awareness and loyalty, positively affect performance and motivation, and support the brand image.
  • Following the visual and print media relations, to control the contents prepared for press releases, interviews and to follow the operation processes of the team.
  • Establishing good relations with all kinds of companies-stakeholders-press or individuals with proper diction and effective communication skills, ensuring the continuity of the positive relationship and increasing the perception of the company
  • Planning activities that will increase the positive image and brand value of the company by informing customers, suppliers and all stakeholders about the company, products and services, projects and activities at the most appropriate time and through the press, visual media, social media and other communication channels.
  • Carrying out the activities such as; social responsibility, events, sponsorship projects, etc.
  • Planning, implementing and evaluating public relations activities.
  • Ensuring the plan and implementation of in-house activities, activities and teamwork in coordination with the Human Resources department,
  • Cooperating with stakeholders such as non-governmental organizations and to participate in these cooperations with internal departments that will contribute on behalf of the institution, departments that will contribute on behalf of the institution,
  • Carrying out promotional activities in the press and following and managing the process together with internal and external stakeholders in this field,
  • Organizing the preparation, controlling, printing and distribution of the Institution's publications
  • Taking an active role, if necessary, to assist with the training and activities organized by the Human Resources Department or with the Human Resources Department,
  • Making programs for important events in the institutional sense and to preparing crisis management plans for unforeseen situations and managing crises effectively when needed,
  • Informing and guiding the employees of the institution in order to improve their social and cultural infrastructure,
  • Carrying out and develop activities that will contribute to efficiency, increasing motivation and profitability in the fields of operations, sales and service
  • Keeping the memory of the institution up to date and active
  • Initiating relations with all game companies, both international and start-up, operating in Turkey, Germany, EMEA Geography and all new markets to be opened, and keeping them active in line with the interests of the Company
  • Initiating and keeping active relations with all product review sites and press organizations operating in Turkey, Germany, EMEA region and all new markets to be opened, (together with the PR company and Marketing department)
  • Creating global social responsibility projects and ensuring that they are implemented within a certain calendar. (with PR agency, Business Development and Marketing Department)
  • Following the ongoing legal processes related to the monetary affairs and the contracts made/to be made regarding the Germany Berlin Store. Following up paperwork such as payment of expenses, matching of bank and accounting records, entering invoices into the system.
  • Increasing the impact of the company in the eyes of the user, creating a company that employees and people want to work with, carrying out press activities, managing participation in organizations and events, initiating or contributing to social responsibility activities
  • Carrying out studies such as preparing and serving press releases, deciding on the speeches to be made at universities and/or events and determining the speaker, establishing and developing relations with the press, arranging interviews and determining the language in the interview,
  • Preparing the Strategic Communication Plan and the action plan and preparing the activity budget.
  • Striving for her own personal and professional development, following closely developments and innovations in her field of interest.
  • Attending the Executive Board and Management Review Meetings and taking the necessary actions in line with the decisions taken
