We are now looking for Corporate Finance Assistant to join our Corporate Finance team. The ideal candidates should have the following qualifications;

  • University degree preferably in Finance and Economics,
  • Advanced Turkish & English communication skills, both written & verbal,
  • No travel restrictions,
  • Proactive, self-motivated, result-oriented team player,
  • Basic knowledge on accounting and finance,
  • Strong analytical mindset with demonstrated skills or eagerness to learn job-related skills in financial statement analysis, financial modeling, firm valuation, market research & analysis, market intelligence, investment feasibility,
  • Having global M&A knowledge, good business understanding, problem-solving skills, and business intuition,
  • The ability to prepare market research & analysis reports,
  • Strong analytical, presentation and interpersonal skills,
  • Ability to comfortably manage multiple projects simultaneously in highly dynamic environment,

Job Description:

  • Conducting market/sector/company research for M&A projects,
  • Documentation of the research such as reports, project presentations, information memorandum, investor decks, feasibility reports, teasers,
  • Making contact with strategic partners/divisions, ability to establish relationships with counterparts and interact with top management of the client/investors,
