GENEL NİTELİKLER
We are looking for dedicated, hardworking and proactive team players to expand our Corporate Finance & Advisory Team in Istanbul, with the criteria specified below:
· University degree from a reputable university (MBA,CFA is a plus)
· 5 - 10 years of experience in corporate finance preferably in an investment bank, big 4 audit companies, M&A house or a PE company
· Proven track record for M&A, privatizations, equity capital market issuances and debt capital market issuances (corporate bonds / sukuks (Islamic bonds))
· Hands on experience in valuation, business modeling and sector research
· Advanced interpersonal skills and a good team player
· Dynamic, proactive and result-oriented profile
· Quantitative and analytical mindset is a must
· Sound judgment and ability to take the initiative when needed
· Excellent command of written and spoken English
· Preferably a good knowledge of accounting and IFRS
· Exceptional presentation skills
· Outstanding knowledge of MS Office applications
· Able to work in flexible hours
· Candidates must have Capital Markets Advanced Level License
· No military obligation for male candidates
