QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

The role of Country Leader Assistant involves a diverse and advanced administrative support and secretarial duties for executive management. Assignments involve work of a confidential and complex nature, necessitating exposure to sensitive information and contacts requiring considerable discretion, judgement and diplomacy, as well as comprehensive knowledge of organization policies and procedures.

This position will be employed under our service provider.

Your Challenge:

  • Acts on own initiative.
  • Interfaces with executive, administrative and line management, both internally and externally, to communicate and/or gather pertinent information.
  • Manages travel arrangements, calendar schedules, meetings & conferences as well as other formal and informal events.
  • Responsible to plan, organize and administer leadership meetings, recording minutes, tracking and following up on action items, projects, etc.
  • Compiles data, metrics, prepare reports, memos, letters, presentations and other documents.

  • Min 3 years of experience in similar position
  • University degree
  • Proven ability to build relationships with people at all levels
  • Ability to work autonomously and complete tasks with minimal supervision
  • Excellent command on English for both verbal and written communication
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a team orientated environment, is self-motivated and eager to learn and assist others
  • Strong analytical, process management, multitasking, organization and documentation skills
  • Good management of Microsoft Office package.
