We are looking for a “Customer Service Coordinator” for our client about global firm with the following skills and the qualifications,

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from related departments of university ,
  • 2-3 years of experience in import,
  • Good command skills of written and spoken English,
  • Strong planning and organizational skills,
  • Strong in human relations and communication skills,
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools,
  • Experience on using SAP modules, EDI, software, B2B,
  • No military obligation for male candidates,

Job Description:

  • Understanding the customer's needs and providing the standards accordingly,
  • End to end processing of orders (complete process), creating sales orders, order confirmations to customers,
  • Invoice tracking with outsource (sales invoice, return, refusals) with related order number,
  • Maintaining phone and written contacts with customers by high quality service skills,
  • Communicating with the warehouse and customers where required on issues related to deliveries shipments and stock availability,
  • Providing customer service support to internal associates (sales, finance …etc),
  • Complaint handling & Return Tracking with customers,
  • Providing the docs - asked by customers,
  • Penalty Invoice tracking by customer, and reconciliating the value by having regular calls with the customer,
  • Being responsible to solve technical issues out (SAP, Idoc...etc), and key user on the related areas,
