Have strong communication skills, successful in human relations
Fluent in Arabic, including speaking

JOB DESCRIPTION
Handling Customer Center calls professionally, understanding customer expectations and providing customer satisfaction in a maximum level
Promoting and selling the products that will meet the expectations and needs of our customers
Providing accurate information to our customers when they ask about international shipments.
Informing our customers correctly about foreign trade documents, procedures and international trade rules
Coordinating international cargo requests from our customers and directing them to the Operations teams in a correct way
