We are looking for a "Customer Services Assistant Specialist" who can work with us in Izmir Office to join the MSC Turkey family. Do you want to be a member of this family? / We will be happy to see you as a member of our family.


As a Customer Services Assistant Specialist your main task is to;

  • Coordinate loading/discharge processes of goods between customer and other related units
  • Be responsible for making file/data tracking from booking to loading
  • Build good communication with customers to lead an effective customer management and maintaining customer satisfaction
  • Manage all processes based on procedures and policies that established by our company


We are looking for candidates with the following background;

  • Bachelors degree in relevant field,
  • Good command of MS Office programs,
  • Fluent in written and spoken English,
  • Able to adapt flexible and busy working hours,
  • Effective communication, planning and coordination skills,
  • Analytical, dynamic, outgoing and result oriented,

  • Have self-motivation and business discipline.
