QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a new Performance and Compensation Assistant Specialist to join our team in the Izmir area reporting to the Performance and Compensation Assistant Specialist
Qualifications
- Graduated from the related bachelor / master degree departments of universities, Industrial Engineering is preferred,
- Minimum 1 year similar experience is preferred ,
- Good English communication skills (verbal and written) is a must,
- Good computer skills and advanced Excel is a must.

- Should be presentable and have a strong verbal and written skills which is the ability of represent,
- Analytical thinking, result oriented ,
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills ,
- Have excellent attention to detail while multitasking
Responsibilities
- Implementation of processes within the scope of Performance Management System practices,
- Assisting to monitor, update and improve the KPI’s and competencies identified in line with the Company's strategies,
- Assisting to plan the Performance Management System schedule and to make the necessary planning before performance evaluation,
- Preparation of necessary statistical data and reports after the evaluation period,
- Analyzes the impact of employee performance interventions on organizational performance and provides reports to management.
- Reporting and monitoring of salary and premium systematics within the scope of Performance Management System.
