QUALIFICATIONS
- University degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Sociology, Psychology, etc
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR processes (recruitment, performance evaluation, talent management) in manufacturing environment
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Excellent command of MS Office applications, presentation and reporting skills
- Quality-oriented, task-conscious
- Open to change and development
- Working in cooperation and compliance
- Strong analytical, interpersonal and top-notch negotiation skills
- Have strong project management, business follow-up and control skills
- Able to reside in Izmir
JOB DESCRIPTION
As “Supply Chain HR Business Partner”; the ideal candidate will be:
- Single point of contact for Supply Chain (including manufacturing) field employees (white collar & blue collar)
- Leading new projects with the business managers and giving close consultancy
- Operating all HR processes such as recruitment, performance and talent management
- Focusing on employee engagement and creating engagement projects
- Tracking legal processes
