Anatolia has been operating in Aliaga, Izmir, Turkey since August, 2017 in its 40,000-square meter Distribution Centre. This facility serves the North American, European, Asian and Middle Eastern markets. Anatolia won the title of "Best Supplier Partner" of 2021 in the United States. Anatolia aims to break new ground in Turkey and in the world with its up-to-date technology production facility, which will start production in 2022, with a closed area of 200,000 m².

What you need is...

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field (Psychology, Business Administration, Economics, Labour Economics and Industrial Relations etc.),
  • 3+ years experience in human resources, especially end-to-end recruitment processes,
  • Sound knowledge and experience in onboarding, employee journey projects, organizational learning and development activities,
  • Good command of English (both written and spoken),
  • Excellent knowledge and experience in applicant tracking portals,
  • Highly organized with a sense of prioritization,
  • People development and motivation skills,
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills,
  • Completed military service (for male candidates).


As a Human Resources Specialist, you will be responsible for;

  • Preparing job ads, creating talent pipelines through Kariyer.net and LinkedIn, conducting phone screenings, creating and reporting short lists, updating interview logs, giving feedback to candidates, reference checking, sending job offers etc.,
  • Supporting core HR processes (recognition & reward, training & development, performance management) through the local and global systems and processes,
  • Actively communicating with employees to understand their organizational & physical needs and provide HR consultation on employee relations to enhance team performance, culture and diversity,
  • Taking active responsibility in related new HR projects and development areas,
  • Assisting the HR Team to drive the change and support the growth the organization is willing to achieve,
  • Supporting talent management initiatives such as following up the Employee Satisfaction Survey and Performance Evaluation processes.
