We are looking for a “Customer Services Engineer” for our global client about automotive sector in Manisa with the following skills and the qualifications:


• University graduate (Graduation from Automotive Engineering is an asset but not must)
• Min. 1-2 years of experience in total
• Advance English (Min. C-1 Level),
• Team player , good communicator analytical thinker,
• Residence in Manisa or İzmir is required.
• No military obligation for male candidates.
• No restriction to travel

JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsible for Domestic / Export and After Sales Services.
Controls and reports faulty products sent to the facility from regional dealers or other sales channels with the relevant people (technical service, quality, R&D, engineering).
Ensures that the returned products that have been examined are rendered unusable (scrap) and delivered to the scrap warehouse.
Ensures that all customer (end customer, dealer) complaints (information on implementation and / or result) are handled correctly, documents related to ISO 10002 Activities are prepared and records are kept.
Coordinates PQR and 8Ds, bridges the Sales and Quality departments in returns, closes 8Ds when necessary actions are taken for a solution, or creates records for archiving by closing them on the customer side.
Provides the organization of technical and vocational skills training as needed by the services, sales points and other stakeholders in the field, with the technical service.
Determines and monitors projects for the development of industrial battery customer experience systems / processes.
Organizes monthly Customer Services Committee meetings and informs the manager by making the necessary preparations.

Prepares monthly Customer Experience Claims report.
