QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Omya is a leading global producer of industrial minerals – mainly fillers and pigments derived from calcium carbonate and dolomite – and a worldwide distributor of specialty chemicals. We seek for a Customer Services & Logistic Specialist (fixed term) and the ideal candidate is expected to have the following qualifications and skills:
The position will be based in İzmir and fixed term (until October 2022) period.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor´s or Associate’s degree
  • Knowledge of SAP SD Modules
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
  • Good knowledge in Microsoft Office Programmes
  • Open for improvement and learning
  • Team-oriented problem-solving skills and corrective action methodology


Job Description

  • Follow up daily customer orders and shipments and order entry process in SAP
  • Support the team for billing process
  • Keep in touch with factories for the shipments and stock inquiries
  • Provide order management, price checking / analyzing.
