QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative for the location of our factory in Gaziemir, which is part of the industry-leading Janoschka Holding.

  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably an engineering graduate.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English, with effective written and oral communication skills to senior management level, customers, and internal departments. English is the language used throughout the global Janoschka Organisation.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office Applications
  • Ability to work in a team with team spirit, result orientated with strong planning, problem solving with identify practical solutions and analytical skills.
  • Should have effective communication and organization skills and ability to work in a demanding environment. Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and willing to learn, with high ethical standards & integrity.
  • No travel restrictions hold a driver license, active driver.
  • Male candidates should have no military obligation or at least two years of postponement.


  • Order management with all steps of processes
  • Executing and leading the processes for finalizing the goods
  • Managing the technical and customer requirements for all projects to finalize successfully.
