Nislo Research, as part of Unihelper Teknoloji Limited, Sirketi, has grown to be one of the major European academic writing providers in the field of Educational Consulting. We own two major brands that have provided our customers with over 24,000 projects, and our current client base is growing continuously daily. Nislo Research has a team of 28 remote full-time team members along with more than 150 writers, and active researchers. Our team members are mainly from Europe, we also have many members of our team from Asia and Africa. We integrate the latest cutting-edge technologies including AI, and data science to bring a world-class competitive customer service experience. Some of the software we use is developed in-house by our full-time developers.


The Role

At Nislo Research, we have an ambitious and incredibly dedicated workforce who care solely about the rapid growth of the organisation. Our customer service team work together as a team and encourages themselves to be better professionals. Customer experience is at the sole of what we represent at Nislo Research. We work with academics and the right customer service specialist will be the one that can learn quickly and in a short time integrate with a team of academics.


We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our team and play a very important role in the overall company success by overseeing the entire order lifecycle. This includes taking new orders, gathering their customers’ requirements, and attending to their enquiries. The preferred Customer support specialist will be responsible for collecting and delivering precise information from the customer to our team members that are responsible for the completion of the project. This requires excellent attention to detail, the ability to work under pressure and time constraint while ensuring excellent customer service.


As a Customer Support Specialist, your role will include:

  • Liaise with other departments within the company as required in order to ensure accurate responses are provided to both customers and team members.

  • Ensure any required actions are quickly and accurately taken relating to the nature of the correspondence.

  • Ensure all required systems are kept updated with details of the customer’s correspondence, such as the input of new order information, and payment arrangements are executed properly and accurately communicated to the finance team.

  • Handle inbound and outbound telephone calls, chat, and email communication with customers, and team members who manage the order completion process.

Desired skills and experience

The ideal candidate should demonstrate the following qualities:

  • Hold a bachelor's degree with a decent graduation score

  • Have a minimum of 1-year experience in Customer Support

  • Be quick and efficient

  • Experience in dealing with written correspondence

  • Attention to detail and ability to excel under pressure while working with frequent tight deadlines

  • Accurate Data interpretation

  • Experience using Microsoft Word and Excel (or similar)

  • Excellent English literary skills

  • Excellent Arabic Literary Skills

  • Must be a Turkish Citizen

Remote working requirements:

In order to be successful in this home-based role, there are some minimum requirements that you would need to commit to:

  • Reliable internet connectivity. A LAN cable is preferable but not essential providing your internet meets the below minimum speeds:

  • Min Download speed – 10Mbps, Min Upload Speed – 5Mbps

  • Able to work in a private and distraction-free space that must have a door that you can close to keep out noise.

  • You will need a desk and suitable chair to work comfortably.

  • You will be provided with a laptop and headset, additional items can be ordered through the system upon joining the business.
