QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Qualifications:

•Import, export, logistics and supply chain operations knowledge

•Minimum upper intermediate in English both verbal and writing is a must

•MS Office programs knowledge (excel must, Power BI and OTM knowledge is a plus)

•High customer focus and teamwork spirit

•Clear understanding of KPI and basic knowledge of KPI preparation

•Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines

•Problem solving and crisis management in critical daily issues

•Having strong customer relationship management skills

Job Description:

•Should have at least intermediate knowledge about customs legislation process

•Check and control all import documents that received from supplier for the shipment

•Sending hardcopies of all import documentation sets to customs broker via courier

•Updating tracking system based on document arrivals and after custom clearance completed milestones

•Daily problem escalation and keeping customer updated with any custom clearance delay risks

•Sharing daily updates about custom clearance status for arrived trucks and containers

•Tracking custom clearance status for urgent shipments, and organization overtime if needed

•Preparing custom clearance KPI and root cause analysis on monthly basis
