- Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Business Administration, Economics or Engineering
- At least 2 years of experience in automotive sector in related experience
- Excellent level of English
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Advanced analytical, organization skills
- Effective interpersonal relationships
- Thinking creatively and constantly striving for kaizen
- No restrictions to travel
- Completed military service for male candidates
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Management of dealer fleet sales and special sales process. Supports and coordinates the fleet sales of Toyota Turkey authorized dealers.
- Achieve monthly and annual targets by processing strategic fleet operations
- Plans and performs customer visits for both existing and new customer acquisition and reports relevant visits
- Follows the business structure, market dynamics, and business practices of fleet customers, offers products and services for the needs of these customers and ensures coordination.
- Manages and maintains the sectoral and regional fleet database.
- Develop and implement specific strategies with Toyota Motor Europe.
