QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
· Bachelor's degree or other advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics or related field
· 2+ years of relevant industry work experience providing advanced analytics and machine learning solutions
· Familiarity with the Hadoop framework, including the ability to interact with data through Hive, Pig or MapReduce
· Cloud systems and cloud computing (Microsoft Azure, AWS, Google Cloud)
· Experience with at least one of the following frameworks; Caffe, Tensorflow, PyTorch
· Experience with data pipeline tools like Apache Spark, Apache Nifi, Apache Samza
· Python and/or Scala and/or R
· Excellent English skills, both oral and written.
· Work with product management and product teams; extract, interpret and present insights from data to support their decisions
· Work alongside software engineers to translate algorithms into commercially viable products and services
· Develop production-grade data pipelines to power ML-based data products
· Design and analyze experiments and monitor performance of data products
· Provide technical mentorship for other team member.
