QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
You Will Be a Perfect Match, If You Have;
- University degree in Engineering, Business Administration or Economics
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Automotive Industry especially in reports and analysis for Top Management.
- Completed military service for male candidates
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Extensive MS Office (esp. MS Excel) experience
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent negotiations, communications and collaboration skills, strong sense of responsibility and result oriented
Main Responsibilities;
- Improvement, establishment and follow-up of dealer management system and business processes
- Cooperation with sales and aftersales business units and supporting them in operational and financial performance of the network.
- Analyzing dealer network processes to improve performance of dealers.
- Preparation of Toyota dealer network plans and new dealer feasibility studies
- Creating projects to maximize dealer efficiency.
