You Will Be a Perfect Match, If You Have;
· Bachelor’s degree in one of the related Engineering Disciplines
· Minimum 3 years experience in Automotive Industry especially in Value Chain Operations
· Accurate and structured way of working
· Fluent in English
· Excellent analytical skills
· Knowledge in Big Data and Business Analytics
· Extensive MS Office (esp. MS Excel) experience
· Good team player with excellent interpersonal skills
· Customer and result oriented mindset
· Completed military service for male candidates
Main Responsibilities
· Developing After Sales products and services
· Developing customer centric services
· Participating in Parts and Accessories pricing processes
· Challenging existing pricing strategies
· Conducting customer retention analyses and preparing corresponding reports
· Actively participating in sales increasing projects
· Closely following up market conditions and conducting corresponding analyses
· Closely following up cost changes and applying necessary price updates to after sales products and services
· Actively participating in new accessory development studies
· Supporting service campaign studies
· Preparing After Sales marketing materials
· Preparing After Sales Value Chain Department reports
