QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
JOB DESCRIPTIONS
1. Take part in the formulationof Turkey business strategy. Develop service and optimize service network based on company service strategy in Turkey.
2. Comprehensive management ofTurkey subsidiary monthly budget, and cash-flow, especially the section of Service & Operation.
3. Keep and improve relationship with the partners and customers. Participate in public events and fairs.
4. Establish and improve the communication platform among different teams ofTurkey subsidiary, ASP/Partners, Corporate departments, etc. The communication platform will include but not limited to regulation/policy, regular meetings, regular reports, management tools/systems, etc.
5. Technical team, HR & Admin, Finance and other comprehensive management. Assist the GM to company daily management (including but not limited to local policy implementation and perfection, organizational developing).
6. People management ofTurkey subsidiary with clear job definition, KPI-driving, regular coach and daily supervisory, weekly reporting and meetings, monthly performance assessment, etc.
7. Establish the project management culture forTurkey subsidiary. Supervise the major projects' lastest/newest situation and drive them steadily reach the stage objectives.
8. Instruct and guide subordinates to carry out their work.
9. Tasks from HQ or upper management.
REQUIREMENT
1. At least 10 years work and management experience. Proven experience on managing teams with 3+ different sections of job roles. Experience in ATM or IT related industry preferred.
2. Proven experience on using multi-nation sales (or service) management platform.
3. Proven experience on business presentation (e.g., Business Planning, Commercial Proposal, Consulting Service, Major Event Speech, etc.).
4. Capable for work under pressure and time-difference (China & Turkey).
5. Strong attitude on inner team management and strictly discipline.
6. Excellent communication skills in both English and Turkish.
7. Extended experience in customer relationship development & management.
8. Strong negotiation and aggressive sales skills.
9. Ability to meet travel requirements, when applicable.
10. No military obligation for male candidates (or military obligation should be postponed for two years).
11. Based in Istanbul. Have Driving License of Turkey.
12. Master MS Office Word, Excel and Power Point.
