QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a candidate for the position of "Business Development Director" on behalf of our business partner company operating in the shopping mall sector in Istanbul, which we are consulting.
Required Qualifications:
• Have at least Bachelor's Degree,
• Fluent in English,
• Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial position in the field of Business Development,
• Result oriented and ability to work proactively,
• Ability to analyze and report,
• Able to use written and verbal communication channels effectively,
• Able to exhibit an innovative and creative approach also develop the team in this direction,
• Understand and implement team management and team spirit dynamics,
• No travel restrictions,
• Residing/will be residing in Istanbul,
Job description:
• Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs,
• Manage all processes of existing projects and/or new projects in line with growth and business development strategies,
• Establish, manage and supervise new store processes,
• Manage the contract and onboarding processes of new stores,
• Identify and report new business opportunities to increase market share,
• Contribute to the development of new projects by following the sectoral developments in line with the objectives of the institution,
• Report the researches and studies related to business development activities and inform senior management about them.
