QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in textile engineering, marketing, business or a related field.
- 15 years experience in a similar job, knitting garment experience is a plus.
- Fluent in English.
- Strong bias for driving results with exceptional execution and follow-up skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and effectively handle multiple projects at once.
- Passionate, solution-oriented, open-minded.
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- No restrictions for traveling.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team and the customer needs in terms of price, leadtime and product.
- Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company's customer base and ensure it's ongoing and strong presence.
- Evaluating competitors to optimize marketing strategies.
- Coordinating business review meetings,
- Within the company strategy and targets, working in coordination with all units to ensure of having the best quality of products with the right timing and best cost after evaluating and analyzing customer demands.
- Improving the sales processes collaborating with the related functions inside the company.
- Having feedback from the clients and passing on to necessary departments in order to increase customer satisfaction.
