QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We' re currently seeking a Deputy Quality Manager.The position will be reporting to Quality Manager.
Responsibilities:
· Manage and successfully ensure implementation of all quality control, quality assurance and laboratory related activities,
· Leading all quality activities about management of quality claims,
· Effectively applying 8D approach in the management of customer claims,
· Leading in the preparation and implementation of customer audits,
· Ensure that internal audits are conducted as required,
· Follow and manage customer portals and customer norms,
· Leading FMEA, PPAP, MSA and SPC studies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Industrial/Metallurgical and Materials Engineering or related discipline,
- Excellent command of written and verbal English,
- At least 3-5 years of experience in an automotive sector as a Quality Engineer experience in working with the understanding of PPAP, MSA, APQP, FMEA, SPC tools,
- Knowledge of IATF 16949 requirements,
- Preferably IATF internal auditor certificate with auditing experience,
- Experience in problem solving techniques,
- Customer focused and having good communication skills,
- No restriction for travelling,
- Completed his military service for male candidates,
- Residence in Aydın.
