We are looking for a Senior Quality Engineer teammate in our Quality department based in Dilovası factory
Job Description
Management of the quality system department, complaints, and overall quality of products released by the company within assigned customers. Managing the applicable ISO, CE, Eurovent certifications and approval for management of quality department. Managing necessary HSE topics.
- Build a strong, motivated Quality team capable of consistently delivering high-quality performance
- Maintain a culture that prioritizes safety and quality through communication, action, and accountability
- Training and managing direct staff in quality best practices, ensuring the right qualifications are in place
- Responsible for managing ISO 9001 company standards and all the related activities, deploying the global defined processes and maintaining the local ones.
- Managing the quality team
- Define and implement an audit plan for the site, to include: process, product, system audits, both internal and external
- Use measured values to monitor KPIs to improve the current Quality Management System.
- Preparing the needed quality reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data
- Implementing methods to inspect, test and evaluate products and production equipment
- Tracking products through the manufacturing process to guarantee that each part of the process is correct
- Performing detailed and recorded inspections of final products so the products are up to industry and company standards
- Support locally the NPI process. Participation in FMEAs and creation and maintenance of production control plans and all the related documents
- Support site supplier quality activities, in terms of supplier selection, auditing, qualification and development
- Supervise and manage the Complaint management including all complaints from customer, internal, supplier and out of audits
- Keep updated track of the measurement equipment of the site, ensuring up to date calibration process.
- Following and managing necessary HSE steps in the company
Qualifications
- Completed higher education in engineering (or equivalent)
- Significant subject-specific professional experience in the field of quality. At least minimum 5 years of experience in a supervisory role that involves decision-making duties.
- Analytical decision-making and problem-solving skills needed
- Project management, root cause investigation, and implementation of
- effective corrective actions skills
- Experience in the creation, documentation, and management of processes
- Certified lead auditor on ISO9001 is an advantage
- Experience in the field of ISO 9001, CE, Eurovent and other relevant standards such ISO 45001 and ISO 14001
- Experience in quality Management system, certification bodies and their management
- English (business fluent). Other foreign languages are an advantage, (reporting directly global manager)
