We are looking for a Quality Assurance Team Leader for our company which is global auto-supplier. JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Graduated from engineering departments of universities
• Excellent command of both written&spoken English. (as second foreign language German is preferable)
• At least 3 years of experience in the automotive industry
• At least 3 years of quality experience
• Knowledge and experience in IATF 16949 Quality Management System
• Have experience in audit process
• Excellent command of MS Office programs
• Knowledge and experience in process and production quality .
• Team player, self-motivated and analytical minded
• Strong communication and interpersonel skills
• No military obligation for male candidates

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Managing all quality processes and problem solving activities
• Leading the process of evaluating customer complaints
• Performing in-house quality system /process audits
• To follow up on meeting customer special requests and expectations within the company
• To support product/process development activities within the framework of advanced product quality planning
• Initiate continuous improvement activities and monitor their performance in the processes in which they own and/or operate
