Global sportswear retail company is looking for an "Digital Channels Manager"



Job Description:

  • To passionately lead the Sales e-commerce organisation in identifying, developing and implementing strategies in accordance with hummel vision, objectives and mission for the profitable growth of hummel brand
  • To ensure the best possible Net Sales result by setting clear targets and action points;constant tracking of results; analysis of risks & new business opportunities
  • To give field consultancy and training support about “perfect e-retailing” (sales, stocks, visual product management, service quality, visual support etc.) in order to improve the accounts
  • To support negotiation and enforcement of hummel trade terms
  • To group e-commerce customers, set objectives, strategies, tactics, allocate resources and ensure translation into action plans respecting the framework set by the customer portfolio strategies
  • To manage all reports as an integrated team by setting team objectives, targets and guidelines
  • To measure progress on defined KPIs
  • Day to day e-commerce operations including order processing and customer management
  • Service, updates, post listings, promotions, merchandising, reviews, maintenance and site performance.
  • Ensure that daily site maintenance is conducted; ( product descriptions, product placement, new item posting, out of stock item removel and functionality meets and exceeds company expectations)
  • Synthesize data-driven weekly/monthly reporting with analytical recommendations for action steps to improve results
  • Partner with Marketing to plan out and execute online promotions to maximize growth.
  • Manage product inventory for all sites including weekly reports for e-commerce & marketplaces; sync, move and replenish inventory as needed; collaborate with sales team for accurate seasonal inventory projections
  • Develop calenders to ensure all actions are successfully completed and seasonal campaigns are properly project managed.
  • Support the merchandising strategy and ensure account sites are managed according to company directives and standards.
  • Work closely with internal teams (operations, sales, planning) and externally with B2B E-commerce teams to ensure that all online B2B policies are up to date and followed.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in business with marketing and sales focus
  • Minimum 6 years experience in e-commerce management of the total experience (preferably on the Brand side, ideally in apparel/fashion/shoes industry)
  • Expert user of Google Analytics and MS Office
  • Proven track record of driving a successful E-com bussiness ( B2C and B2B)
  • A 360° understanding of Digital Marketing and extensive experience of managing digital adspend across key channels(Google Adwords, Google DSA, Programmatic Display, Some Advertising, Affiliate etc.)
  • Extensive knowledge of, and hands-on experience with, all the key Marketplace players in TR
  • Experienced in omnichannel set-up
  • Passionate, solution oriented, open minded
  • Strong interpersonal skills: Very good communications and negotiating abilities as well as strong presentation skills
  • High analytical skills for strategy development, business planning decision planning, data analysis, trend forecasting
  • Fluency in written and spoken language ( Turkish and English)
