QUALIFICATIONS
· Graduated from related departments of universities
· Fluent level of English in speaking, writing and listening
· Minimum 5 years experienced in digital marketing, e-commerce, website management processes,
· In-depth understanding of the evolving digital world on both the demand side (how people/companies are using technology) and the supply side (emerging technologies)
· Highly creative with expertise in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage and convert.
· Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to explain digital concepts and technologies to business leaders, as well as business concepts to technologists.
· Experienced in managing social media channels and following trends,
· Having analytical thinking skills,
· Excellent command of MS-Office Applications,
· 2 years of relevant experience preferably in a multinational organization
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Prepare and plan, together with sales, the digital phase of NPI (incl. promotion material and product information)
· Preparing Weekly & Monthly Marketing KPI reports
· Managing Google Ads / Facebook Ads and other paid channels for our website &mobile app and increase visibility
· Implementation of paid search strategies that include keyword development, budget allocation, as well as campaign optimization and planning
· Regularly following relevant technology trends in web analytics and supporting the development of Digital Marketing activities with creative initiatives
· Follow up all the necessary processes with communication departments, coordinate and manage related agencies
· Guiding related parties for E2E integration of marketing automation tools like ,ERP,CRM systems
· Define A/B tests to be run on a regular basis for content ,U/UX ,timing
· Create and maintain best practice and specialized promotions for each market
· Data driven management enabling marketing tools like Pardot,Marketo
· Drives cross functional collaboration, strategic focus, organization agility.
