Memorial Hospitals Group was established in February, 2000 with the mission of becoming a world-class brand in Healthcare. Memorial employees more than 7.000 staff with 11 hospitals and 2 medical centers and 1 wellness center that are located throughout Turkey in cities such as İstanbul, Ankara, Kayseri, Antalya and Diyarbakır.


We are looking for a new teammate for our rapidly growing young and dynamic team. If you have experience in performance marketing, if you are interested in the health sector, if the idea of ??developing our ever-growing international projects together is attractive to you, we would like to see you in our digital channels team consisting of both local and foreign experts.

  • Lead generation and sales increase through digital acquisition campaignsfor the international and local markets(Google Ads, Facebook, Yandex etc.)
  • Supervise and monitor effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns
  • Build, plan and implement traffic acquisition strategies
  • Identify key traffic acquisition KPIs and metrics
  • Identify the growth hacking ideas and execute CRO (Conversion Ratio Optimisation) activities.
  • Build online engagement and exposure strategy with projections
  • Track, measure and analyze user engagement and conversions
  • Track and manage multiple lead generation channels
  • Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and potential new channels and strategies and guide other team members
  • Monitor market intelligence and competitors
  • Report and analysis of performance on daily-weekly base


Requirements

  • University degree preferably in Economics, Statistics, Maths, Engineering.
  • Proven work experience in digital marketing (min 5 years ) in preferebly media agencies, start-ups, or b2c companies.
  • Deep Expertise in setting-up Google Ads (Adwords, Youtube, GDN), Facebook campaigns
  • Proficient at Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
  • Deep knowledge of excel and reporting tools such as supermetrics, datastudio, Tableau etc.
  • Experience in creating attribution models
  • Excellent oral and written skills in English
  • Numerical and analytical skills
  • Experience in health sector is a plus
