MAB Turkey Real Estate and investment/ İstanbul Avrupa (Venezia Mall Gaziosmanpaşa)looking forMARKETING AND SOCIAL MEDIA COMMUNICATION SPECIALISTto join ourinternational team.
Duties & Responsibilities:
· Create, advertise, curate and manage all published content on Google Ads Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter and YouTube.
· Be able to define the right marketing strategy for real estate business.
· Monitor, listen and respond to users in social way while cultivating leads sales.
· Develop relevant content topics to reach the company’s target customers.
· Manage social media marketing and day to day activities.
· Develop expand community and/or influencer outreach efforts
· Oversee design [i.e.: social media graphics for Facebook ads, twitter profile, etc.]
· Create and manage an online review funnel for building online reviews and reputation.
· Monitor online reviews and respond to each review timely and with care
· Analyze key metrics and tweak strategy as needed.
· Reports for management showing results ROI Requirements & skills:
· Minimum 3-year experience.
· Language: English+ Arabic is must - Turkish is preferred.
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales or Business Administration or similar.
· Professional communication skills.
· Ability to think globally.
· Quick decision making.
· Copy writer.
· Self-motivation, Team player and a having leadership skills.
