FEMALE SALES SPECIALITS
MAB Turkey Real Estate and investment/ İstanbul Avrupa (Venezia Mall Gaziosmanpaşa)looking for SALES SPECIALITS to join ourinternational team.
Ø Responsibilities and Qualifications:
· · At least 5 years of sales experience.
· · Language: English is must speak – Turkish, Arabic, Russian is preferred.
· · Highly persuasion.
· · Able to communicate effectively and quickly with people
· · Aiming to earn high income in life
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Strong sales and negotiation skills to close deals.
· Ability to multitask, manage time and prioritize activities.
· Great organization skills to be able to create various scheduled, timelines and budgets.
· Outstanding computer skills for preparing presentations -and drafting property sale documentations.
· Ability to work under pressure and devise sales strategies.
· Ability to explain product features and benefits in a way that stands out over competing brands.
· Passionate about selling and finding ways to satisfy customers’ needs Excellent.
· organization and management capabilities, including being a team player.
· Prepare a project presentation.
· Able to perform property sales procedures.
· Proficient in CRM and office programs
· Has a license and can drive very well
