Oualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related fields, preferably Computer Education and Instructional Design graduate.
  • Minimum 3 years of active and hands on experience in the Learning Technologies/Digital Learning field,
  • Strong organizing, problem solving, consulting and analytical thinking skills,
  • Project and Process Management experience to lead digital projects,
  • Good command of English,
  • Good command of story board design tools, experience with authoring tools such as Captivate, Storyline.
  • Experience in 2D/3D design tools is highly preferred.
  • Experience in gamification, game-based learning and mobile based learning is expected.
  • Experience with multiple LMS infrastructure and understanding of how an LMS does function.
  • Good understanding of instructional design methodologies.
  • Hand on experience with SCORM/AICC/xAPI and integration of content packages.
  • For male candidates; military service should be completed.

Basic Functions:

  • Responsible for designing, creating and leading the instructional design processes and coordinating the team also the vendors for high paced production cycle.
  • Act as a Digital Learning Consultant within DeFacto Academy and product owner of the bespoke content creation.
  • To manage, identify and coordinate the improvement of digital content creation strategy.
  • Research, analyze and develop new partnership opportunities with global and local companies.
  • As the leader of the Instructional Design team, ensure the implementation of alternative channels into design processes.
  • To ensure the integration of training materials into the LMS that prepared by content providers.
  • To follow new technologies/strategies/models in learning technologies field, develop projects with new technologies and methods that will increase efficiency; to follow-up and implement the annual digital learning project calendar.
  • To produce contents and develop projects that will reinforce the internal communication management and employer brand management on online content platforms.
  • To manage content creation processes together with the internal customer and the production team.
  • To manage processes with 3rd party (vendor) firms within the scope of digital learning.
  • Lead the Digital Studio which is operated by a partner company.
