  • Gathering acceleration its growth after taking investment from Bancroft Private Equity which is London-based investment company, also have a feature of first Tourism platform investmented by a foreign company in Turkey.

We are looking for talented and passionate Digital Marketing Manager who will on the marketing department.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferably from mathematics or engineering faculty,

  • At least 6 years of working experience (2 years of leadership) in Digital Performance Marketing Fluent in both written and spoken English,

  • Strong leadership, communication and project management skills,

  • Excellent analytical abilities,

  • The ability to work as part of a team and to build strong working relationships,

  • Experience of digital marketing channels such as , SEM, Social Media ads , Display and affiliate marketing channels,

  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate,

  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement,

Responsibilities:

  • Creating, executing and reporting digital marketing KPIs,

  • Work with multi-departmental project stakeholders to define the scope, deliverables and requirements of digital projects resulting in detailed work plans,

  • Mentoring the team in day-to-day operations; media planning & buying, invoicing, budget allocation, KPI optimization and reporting,

  • Management of 3rd party companies related to digital marketing departmend,

  • Planning of annual departmental digital marketing budgets,

  • Monitor performance budget and track marketing costs; report cost variances on a regular basis,

  • Excellent work ethic, leadership skills, interpersonal communication, and organizational skill,

  • Experience in working agile using weekly marketing sprints,

  • Demonstrative customer- and metrics-driven mindset.
