Minimum 5 years experience in performance marketing and acquisition channels; Search, Social Display and affiliates.
Managing digital roadmap with close coordination with stakeholders –feeds related teams for execution, follows up status, measures results & shares within organization.
Overseeing key agency and business partner relationships ensuring KPIs are met.
Proposing and implementing successful optimization strategies.
Defining the right KPIs and conducting analysis of campaigns in order to have a deeper understanding of the target audience.
Identification of trends and insights for the digital marketing campaigns and optimal spending on the insights
Planning and executing experiments and conversion tests, and new growth strategies.
Collaborate with digital marketing agencies and other vendors to maximize customer outreach.
Monitor the increase in traffic due to new campaigns and take actions accordingly to improve the traffic metrics.
Brainstorming and suggesting new ways to improve the traffic by tapping into new platforms and channels
JOB DESCRIPTION
University degree preferably in Engineering, Statistics, Business,Marketing or Economics
Proficient in English
Experience working with key campaign management tools and platforms (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Google Tag Manager, Insider, Emarsys, Adjust…etc)
Hands-on experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies
Familiarity with web designing and development.
Prior job experience in web traffic metrics and web publishing.
Very organized with an ability to multi-task, prioritize and work to tight deadlines
Excellent numeracy and analytical skills
Result-oriented and dynamic
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to work efficiently, maintaining high quality and accuracy
Ability to attention to detail along with a creative mind
