General Qualifications:
· Graduated from related departments of universities,
· Able to speak and speak English at an advanced level,
· At least 5 years of experience in Digital Marketing and Strategy,
· Previously worked in the fields of Digital Marketing,
· Preferably with experience in real estate investment,
· Knowledge of SEO, Content Management, e-mail marketing and Social Media.
· Experienced in using, preparing and managing ads such as Google adwords, Instagram, Facebook, ads, etc.,
· Experience in creating a result-oriented and brand-based digital strategy,
· Strong reporting skills and analytical perspective,
· High idea generation skills, competent in text and content production,
· Willing to work in a team,
· Proficient in MS Office programs
Job description:
· Managing the SEO, SEM and PPC studies of the social media works related to the products served in the internet channels and online communication channels,
· Event, promotion, organization etc. organized for the brand awareness of the institution. Organizing and managing all kinds of activities,
. Planning the activities to increase the target audience traffic and new customer acquisition in the marketing and sales channel, creating campaigns suitable for the brand and target audience,
· Determining, creating, evaluating and controlling the contents of social media (Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, etc) from an institutional point of view,
· Determining the right channels where communication works will be carried out and their share in the budget,
· Managing SEO process for online communication studies, making content improvements to increase the efficiency of the website,
· Updating the corporate website and social media contents and following the regular operation,
· Preparation of digital marketing annual plan and budget.
