QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Rapidly growing digital marketing & growth acceleration agency is looking for a digital marketing manager.

The responsibilities are as follows:

  • Performance marketing and growth strategy building
  • Responsible for end to end Performance Marketing strategy, SMM, Online CRM, SEO, Analytics, all digital paid media
  • Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns and CRM activities
  • Work with multi-departmental project stakeholders to define the scope, deliverables and requirements of digital projects resulting in detailed work plans
  • Facilitate the execution ROI targets
  • Review the quality of the work with the agency and team on a regular basis to ensure that it meets organizational standards
  • Monitor performance budget, optimise spend and performance based on the insights and track marketing costs; report cost variances to project stakeholders on a regular basis
  • Advanced knowladge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, remarketing, SMM Ads, on site optimization tools
  • Proficiency at Google Data Studio, GTM and Enhanced ECommerce
  • BA/BS degree required. Master degree is a plus.
  • Knowledge of content management systems, SEO, ASO
  • Utilise strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints
  • Evaluate emerging technologies
  • Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate

Requirements:

  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Proven working experience in digital marketing
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
  • BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics etc)
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
