QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a "Digital Growth and Marketing Manager" for Shipeedy , an Arkas Logistics brand, new digital logistics platform.

Requirements:

• At least 10 years of e-commerce / e- business (Preferred Managed B2B digital sales channel), experience,

• Plan, optimize and effectively manage digital marketing,

• Design and manage marketing campaigns,

• Identify and manage those who will implement and grow the digital strategy platform,

• Take responsibility for P&L and provide to reach financial targets of digital platform.

• Determine the appropriate marketing and social media content for the target audience,

• Will send with digital advertising and marketing agencies,

• Working on IT reviews on the UX/UI data of the platform's web applications,

• Required product/service development researches for the preparation of new stages of digital platform,

Profile;

• Having analytical thinking,

• Innovative, creative,

• Able to keep up with the pace of work with a good planning and effective time management,

• Very good level of verbal and written Turkish and English,

• Willing to work with team work,

• Having a good command of agile environments and business style,

• Strong communication and coordination skills,

• Knowledge and interested in technology and sales & marketing dynamics.
