We are looking for a “Pulse System Analyst” who will be a member of our IT Team!

WHICH SPECIALITIES THAT MAKES YOU PUT FORWARD IN THE POSITION WE ARE LOOKING FOR?
- Relevant educational background from Engineering and Social Sciences faculties of universities,
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position,
- Good command of English,
- E-commerce and restaurant/merchandising software experience is a plus,
- Good knowledge of SQL/MSSQL
- Capable of analytical thinking and problem solving,
- Work in a fast moving team environment and be a team player.
WHAT IS DONE IN THIS POSITION?
This position provides the menu and promotion management of PULSE, the system used in Domino’s restaurants. Details of responbilities are;
- Menu management and troubleshooting of Pulse application
- Managing local and national menus in restaurants and solving their problems
- Providing Pulse support in Russia, Azerbaijan, Georgia and new countries to be opened,
- Taking an active role in hardware and application projects related to Pulse application in restaurants
- Creating solutions for new improvements in Pulse with DPI (Domino's Pizza International)
- Upgrading the version of Pulse application throughout Turkey and apply its improvements to the field.
- Effective management of My Dominos related to Pulse
- Providing support for coupons and products at restaurant openings. Managing the coupon side with the marketing department, applying it to the restaurants
- Providing support for Pulse in projects carried out jointly with Marketing Department
- Managing all new campaigns with Marketing Department
- Having knowledge about virtualization
- Management of all Pulse-related renewals and current operation with Operations and Restaurants (including abroad)
- Taking part in projects that will concern all franchise restaurants to be established in 2022
