Qualifications

  • University degree or equivalent,
  • 4+ years of experience in e-commerce,
  • Knowledge of e-commerce, website management, web platforms systems and general web technologies
  • Following the digital trends,
  • Following the innovations in e-commerce applications, developing suggestions and solutions for the improvement of processes,
  • Preferably knowledge of tourism sector
  • Experience with online project management,
  • General knowledge of web design and technologies,
  • General knowledge of digital marketing, SEO optimization,
  • Experience with 3rd party companies like Webinstats, Segmentify,
  • Excellent MS Office skills,
  • Strong communication and job tracking skills, good at teamwork,
  • Strong analytical/analysing skills,
  • Having the responsibilities and working discipline required by the job, result-oriented,
  • Good command of English,
  • No restrictions to travel,
  • For male candidates, completion of military service.


Job Description

  • Taking an active role in the management of all processes of e-commerce platforms, carrying out innovative improvement studies for websites and mobile apps,
  • Following and managing the studies for contents and images of the products at the website,
  • Ensuring that the website is up-to-date and controlling the accuracy of the information,
  • Carrying out reviewing and testing activities of the projects published or to be published,
  • Managing online and offline organization for product development,
  • Taking an active role in developing new campaigns and projects with operations units,
  • Analysing the studies carried out and preparing daily, weekly, monthly reports
  • Analysing traffic and sales to achieve the budget targets of e-commerce platforms and carrying out conversion and sales-enhancing activities,
  • Reviewing and solving customer demands and complaints,
  • Measuring product and category performances,
  • Contributing to the development and infrastructure studies of online platforms,
  • Carrying out on-site marketing activities in cooperation with the related departments,
  • Ensuring the general functioning of the websites and mobile apps, regularly checking all products offered in these channels and minimizing the errors
  • Regularly checking current functions of websites and mobile apps, performing update tests, forwarding improvement notes and errors detected to the related departments and coordinating the processes of publishing.
