Bachelor's Degree in Media & Communications, Marketing, Industrial Engineering or other related fields
Minimum 3 years experience in HR or related business units such as Customer Experience, User Experience etc.
Advanced verbal and written skills in English
Having a knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors & e-learning programs is a plus
Having a knowledge and experience of “design thinking” is a must
Experience with Employee Journey Mapping/Moment that Matter is a plus
Experience with Employer Branding & Talent Attraction activities and Social Media Platforms management is a plus
Passionate about human centered experience design, creativity and innovation
A team player who works cross functionally, acts with a sense of urgency and adapts to a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
The position is located in Bursa.
Responsibilities:
Designing lifecycle employee experience strategy starting from candidate experience to post exit experience,
Defining employee personas and differentiating experience according to personas needs
Responsible of spreading new HR practices to the company regarding all the processes in area of responsibility by partnering with Communication Team to develop program branding.
Managing pulse check surveys, focus groups, 1-1 interviews to gather real insights to find opportunities, identify gaps, design solutions, and drive improvements.
Executing & developing employer branding campaigns, talent attraction initiatives and managing social media career accounts
Discovering new future of work experience needs and implementing them with company process
