Responsibilities
• Oversee and review energy audit reports for buildings (on-site audit measurements, energy efficiency measures (EEMs) identification and calculation, estimated cost, financial analysis, detailed energy audit final report, etc.)
• Follow and track up to date legislation about energy efficiency / renewable energy and coordinate activities (energy audit reports, feasibility reports, design reviews, etc) accordingly
• Coordinate whole energy audit process with project owner and sub-contractors such as on-site audit measurement staff, etc.
• Coordinate preparation of energy audit reports, plausibility and quality review of reports, standardization of documentation at a high quality,
• Have in depth knowledge about green technologies in HVAC systems,
• Have in depth knowledge about innovative technologies in lighting and daylighting systems,
• Have in depth knowledge about alternative energy systems such as cogeneration/trigeneration, ground sourced heat pumps, solar hot water collectors, solar PV panels,
• Organizing preparation of Energy Efficiency Retrofit project detailed design (mechanical, electrical, architectural) and technical specifications along with bill of quantity, cost estimates,
• Combining all of above work in a formal tender package for procurement process,
• Coordinate various sub-consultants / sub-contractors
• Represent the company in all relevant technical coordination meetings and workshops
What Do We Expect From Our Teammate Who Will Join Us?
The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and supervising energy efficiency projects. He/she has to have extensive knowledge about detailed energy audit reports addressing energy efficiency measures. He/she shall be able to prepare, supervise and review technical and financial feasibility reports for the project owners providing insight about the preliminary design of the energy efficiency measures, annual energy saving or generation capacity, operational aspects, cost/benefit analysis and cash flow. He/she shall be able to make quality assurance checks in order to keep the reporting and design review standard at a high level.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Electric and Electronics Engineering
• Certified Energy Manager (Enerji Yöneticisi Sertifikası)
• Energy Auditor Certificate (is an asset) (Etüt-Proje Sertifikası)
• Min. 5 years of energy audit, 10 years of work experience (required as a must)
• Sufficient ability in AutoCAD and office programs
• Strong problem solving, technical and reporting skills
• Strong written and verbal communication in English
