QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in the Mechanical Engineering
- At least 5 years of experience for project management, design tools and engineering standards
- Ability of leading or supervising a team
- The ability to be result oriented, being team member, analytical thinking
- Excellent command of written and verbal English,
- Must knowledge MS Office, Solidworks,Autocad and Netsis programs.
- A sound understanding of engineering principles.
- Experience in project management tools and methodologies
- The ability to maintain a positive attitude and restore morale to a team.
- The ability to work onsite and in the office.
- Must possess exceptional organizational and time management skills with an obsessive attention to detail.
- Must be able to collaborate and bridge the communications gap between the engineering team, coworkers’, business managers, and clients, interfacing with each
JOB DESCRİPTİON
- Project Management
- Communicating the goals of the company to all engineers and professionals in the team.
- Supervising every phase of the project from start to completion.
- Calculating costs, material, labor, and time required for each project.
- Approving designs and manufacturing drawings.
- Delegating tasks to engineering teams.
- Supervising staff training as well as equipment installation.
- Performing quality control checks on all systems and products.
- Quickly resolving disputes between staff.
- Analyzing data and drafting reports for review
