QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Ace Trading builds traders from the ground up. We provide our trainees with comprehensive preparation for multi-asset trading, including equities and ETFs listed on NYSE, NASDAQ, and AMEX. We are looking to hire preferably recent university graduates who want to enter the world of stock trading. Successful applicants will undergo an extensive and rigorous one-month training program. After completing the training, the successful candidates will be offered trader positions within our partner hedge fund.
The ideal candidates will have the following qualifications:
Excellent English language skills
Excellent computer literacy
A recent graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Psychology, or Mathematics / Physics
Ability to work under pressure
Strong and resilient personality
Outstanding analytical and quantitative skills
Willingness to learn market trading strategies
Enthusiasm to help develop new trading strategies
Job description:
The individuals will be responsible for:
Managing a trading account for the hedge fund
Working with monthly targets
Decision-taking in a changing environment
