QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Anatolia is a leading manufacturer, importer and distributor of ceramic and stone tiles and is a major supplier to some of the largest home centers and distributors throughout the United States and Canada. Based in Toronto, Anatolia is a privately owned 100% Canadian corporation that is growing rapidly.
Anatolia has been operating in Aliaga, Izmir, Turkey since August, 2017 in its 60,000-square meter Distribution Centre. With this facility, Anatolia has been supporting its North American Customers, and continues to expand to new markets in Europe, Asia, South America and Middle East. In addition to its Distribution Center, the construction of Anatolia’s 250.000-square meter ceramic manufacturing facility is in progress with operations commencing in 2022.
Anatolia is now searching for an ERP & Integration Specialist to join its expanding IT team. With this role, you will contribute to the efficiency of our business by providing timely support to internal and external stakeholders. What you need is…
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Mathematics, Industrial Systems Engineering and/or Computer Sciences etc.,
- Excellent command of English, both verbal and written,
- At least 3 years of experience in ERP (preferably SAP) management and implementation,
- Good knowledge and experience in Industry 4.0 level automation systems would be an asset,
- Manufacturing facility background,
- Demonstrated understanding in SAP processes including purchasing, material management, production planning, production and sales,
- Hands on experience in integration between SAP and other systems,
- In-depth knowledge and experience in integration SAP systems with industrial devices used in production.
As an ERP & Integration Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Implementation of the ERP system (SAP) and supporting smooth operation of the system,
- Conducting process analyses to identify system requirements,
- Integration of all software and hardware systems with ERP (SAP),
- Ensuring the complete monitorization of process flow automation in the production facility, eliminating of any problems that may occur in coordination with the relevant departments.
- Preparation of workflow diagrams and data analysis,
- Documentation of work processes,
- Management of user authorizations,
- Conducting training needs analysis and planning required trainings for users in coordination with Human Resources Department.
