QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a highly motivated, outstandingSAP Project Specialist to join our small but very dynamic team.

SAP PROJECT SPECIALIST

Profile:

• BS/MS degree in Engineering,
• Experienced in SAP MM, PP, FI, CO, SD, PM modules,
• At least 3 years’ experience on supporting SAP related modules,
• Knowledge of system integration, implementation, test processes and user SAP trainings,
• Advanced level of English,
• Skilled in ABAP programming language may be a plus,
• Analytical thinking, target oriented, high communication skills,
• Awareness of the influence new technologies have on existing technical solutions,
• Takes responsibility of the tasks and strives for continuous improvement,
• Has a profound knowledge of system integration and architecture.

Role:

• Acting as a key user on SAPMM, PP, FI, CO, SD, PM modules and supporting all users on related modules,
• Prepare required supporting documents,
• Perform on all internal and external user support activities,
• Provide SAP integration of the data and follow up the process end to end,
• Define department needs and requests, and analyze of the needs and request with consultants if needed,
• Plan all the test-driving activities in case of a new SAP project installation,
• Examine and solve the problems asap and permanently in case of possible problems after the tests,
• Responsible to go live on production system on SAP project,
• Organize user trainings and train the all users,
• Follow all processes related installation and follow periodical reports,
• Collaborate with local and global teams.
