Qualifications
· Minimum 3 years of experience in similar position.
· Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office , and ERP systems (Canias ERP is a plus)
· Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
· Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Must be fluent in English
· The ideal candidate will provide top-level assistance for high level executives.
· Should be well-organized and be comfortable scheduling meetings and responding to emails on the executive's behalf.
· Should be able to draft documents and help the executive with any necessary meeting preparations.
· Proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability
Responsibilities
· Responding to emails and document requests on behalf of executives and sales department
· Making company calls on behalf of sales department
· Supports the personal in welcoming visits
· Answer and direct phone calls,
· Keeps and updates the file archives
· Supports the departments in translating and rolling out corporate identity files, slides and presentations
· Answer and direct phone calls,
· Organize and schedule appointments,
· Plan meetings and take detailed minutes,
· Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work,
