We are looking for an “Executive Assistant” to work with the company's partner.

  • Minimum four years of experience performing administrative support functions for senior or executive level management;
  • A high degree of professional independence, initiative, organization, time management, self-discipline, and good judgment;
  • Detail-oriented and well organized,
  • Highly skilled at developing strong working business relationships and working collaboratively with a broad range of staff and in a variety of roles (i.e. can act as participant, assistant, and where necessary as a supervisor);
  • Excellent communication skills both in English and Turkish, both oral and written; ability to interact with employees at all levels;
  • Ability to resolve interpersonal relations issues with tact and diplomacy; use discretion and maturity when dealing with confidential and sensitive information;
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities; can coordinate complex workloads, handle details, and meet deadlines effectively;
  • Must learn quickly, demonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement by streamlining processes and procedures and suggesting other target opportunities;
  • Demonstrates accountability for own activities; able to identify and take responsibility for carrying out solutions to administrative problems;
  • Familiarity with concepts and practices relating to office management
  • Ability to perform flawlessly and professionally in a fast-paced environment along with the grace and willingness to change direction when circumstances demand.
  • Fluent English (writing, reading and speaking) knowledge is a must,
  • Very good knowledge and ability to use MS Office applications.


Completes a broad variety of tasks for the Partner, including:

  • Managing an calendar of appointments and tasks,
  • Managing executive communication, composing and preparing correspondences, presentations including those of a sensitive or confidential nature;
  • Arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas; and compiling documents for travel-related meetings; completing time and expense reports
  • Works closely and effectively with the Partner to keep him well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately;
  • Plans, coordinates, and executes onsite and offsite meetings and events to include: client meetings, board meetings, staff meetings and more;
  • Initiates and leads development of agendas, consolidates meeting notes, minutes, and presentations from meetings;
  • Prioritizes conflicting needs and follows up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the Partner, including those of a "sensitive or confidential" nature.
  • Handles matters expeditiously, proactively, and follows-through to successful completion;
